eBL actions are displayed only when you exclusively select envelope eBLs (not including other envelope types), and you will only see actions that can be applied as bulk actions across all selected envelopes.
The available eBL actions are as follows:
- Transfer possession: If a contact has not yet been chosen for the selected envelopes, they will first be moved to the draft folder, allowing you to bulk select recipients.
- Send as a copy: If a contact has not yet been chosen for the selected envelopes, they will first be moved to the draft folder, allowing you to bulk select recipients.
- Request switch to paper: The recipient is fixed as the carrier and cannot be altered.
- Request surrender for amendment: The recipient is fixed as the carrier and cannot be altered.
- Request surrender for delivery: The recipient is fixed as the carrier and cannot be altered.
Step-by-step guide for executing bulk actions on eBLs:

1. & 2. Select the envelopes you want to perform bulk actions on using the checkboxes.
3. Click on the eBL action button.
4. Choose the desired action. In this example, we will demonstrate the action Transfer possession.
2Set the recipient
If you have not yet entered the recipient manually in all selected folders, you will be moved to the draft folder, where the eBL envelopes will already be checkmarked.
To continue:
1. Click on the Other actions button.
2. Select the action Set recipient.
3. Select the recipient from your contacts and confirm the recipient by clicking on the Set recipient button.Click on the Seal button.3Seal the envelopes

You will see an overview of all envelopes, including details such as the recipient, the documents contained within the envelope, the message, and the price information.
