Adding users during an ongoing billing period

When you add a new user to a company, a licence is automatically created, and the company is charged a prorated fee for the remainder of the current billing period.

Danger

If the payment is unsuccessful, the charge will be handled as follows:

  • Monthly subscription plans: The prorated amount will be added to the next billing cycle.
  • Yearly subscription plans: The outstanding amount must be settled within 15 days.
Warning
If a company is a child company in a company network where headquarters has a Standard subscription plan, adding new users to the child company will result in charges being billed directly to headquarters.
