When you receive this error, it means there is already a sealed envelope linked to the same electronic Bill of Lading (eBL). The system allows only one sealed envelope per eBL.
To proceed, please follow this step-by-step guide:
1Open the envelope
1. Click on the Drafts folder.
2. Find the sealed envelope that is preventing the sealing of a new envelope. Mark it using the checkbox next to it.
3. If the sealed envelope was created by mistake or needs to be replaced, you may proceed to Unseal it.
2Proceed with sealing the new envelope
Once the original envelope is unsealed or deleted, return to the new envelope you were preparing and continue the sealing process as originally intended.
