Monthly summary – units (𝕌) spending report

To review your purchase and spending history go to the Billing section and open the Monthly summary tab.

   

You can choose between the:

1. Overall report to see a summary for unit (𝕌) top ups and spending.
2. Envelopes report to see a summary of all types of envelopes and documents.
3. Document report to see a summary of all document transfers. 

You can also customise your report:

Select a monthly report

Click on one of the reports (Overall, Envelopes, Documents) and select any monthly report.

Customise your report

You can customise report by:

1. using the search bar to find the specific document or document type.
2. choosing the date range for which you want to see the report.
3. using filters to narrow down the list.
4. selecting a department
   
   You can also:
5. download a report in CSV or PDF format
6. see your detailed purchase and spending history
