To review your purchase and spending history go to the gear icon (⚙) | Statistics.
You can choose between the:
- Overall report to see a summary for unit (𝕌) top ups and spending.
- Envelopes report to see a summary of all types of envelopes and documents.
- Document report to see a summary of all document transfers.
You can also customise your report:
1Select a monthly report
Click on one of the reports (Overall, Envelopes, Documents) and select any monthly report.
2Customise your report
You can customise report by:
- choosing the date range for which you want to see the report
- using filters to narrow down the list
- selecting a department.
You can also:- receive a report in CSV or PDF format to your email address.
- see your detailed purchase and spending history.
