How to accept/reject an envelope with pay to collect

If the sender has chosen the Recipient will pay (pay to collect) option in the envelope transfer process, then the procedure for the recipient (you) is as follows:

Open the envelope

A new folder entitled Incoming will appear on the left side. Click on the envelope in the Incoming folder and more envelope details will be shown.

Accept or Reject the envelope

You can:

1. Check the price for accepting this envelope.
2. Accept the incoming envelope. In this case a summary pop-up is displayed showing the total cost related to accepting this envelope. Once you confirm the acceptance by clicking the green Yes, accept this envelope button, the blockchain transaction is created and the transfer of ownership starts. After the blockchain transaction is completed, the envelope is moved to your company's Inbox folder.
3. Reject the incoming envelope. Once you confirm the rejection by clicking the red Yes, reject this envelope button, the envelope is returned to the sender’s Returned folder. This is the end of the process.
