You can easily create accounts for your co-workers under your Company account on the CargoX Platform. To track users and hold them responsible for their actions, we recommend that each user have their own account.
Step by step guide to adding new users:
1Add user
Click on the gear icon (⚙) | Platform users and click the green Add user button.
2Fill out the user information
After filling out the user information mark the offered checkbox and click Next to continue.
3Select the permissions
Choose the permissions the user will have. You can click the select all button to grant all permissions. If you select Administrator access, all permissions will also be assigned automatically. Click here for a detailed explanation of permissions. Once done, click the Add user button.
The added user will automatically receive an email with instructions on how to finalize their account creation – set the password. Immediately afterward they can start using the platform.
