The CargoX Platform users management system offers very granular access rights through the configuration of user privileges and permissions. This enables companies to use the CargoX Platform without the need to change their internal processes and document workflows.
The first user who registers a company is automatically assigned all permissions and is considered an administrator. The administrator can add new users to the company account or manage existing users by assigning specific permissions. If a user is granted all permissions, they will also become a company administrator.
Breakdown of company permissions:
1Standard envelope permissions
- Create standard envelopes and upload documents – Allows the user to create a new standard envelope, upload a new document, or attach a received document from the Inbox. The user will also be allowed to seal the document (and choose the recipient), but will not be allowed to initiate the transfer.
2ACI envelope permissions
- Create ACI envelopes and upload documents – Allows the user to create a new ACI envelope, upload a new document, or attach a received document from the Inbox. The user will also be allowed to seal the document, but will not be allowed to initiate the transfer.
