Creating a structured Excel invoice

One of the required documents for the Egyptian ACI filings is also a structured NAFEZA invoice. If you do not have a NAFEZA-specified XML file, you need to write up your invoice in a NAFEZA-specified Excel (XLS/XLSX) format. There are two options for doing so, namely using the:

Template

The template is provided by NAFEZA and can be downloaded on the official NAFEZA page. NAFEZA also provides an official explanation video about the structure of the invoice spreadsheet file.

RPA Converter service

An alternative way is to use an external Invoice RPA Converter Service to convert your PDF invoice to NAFEZA-specified Excel (XLS/XLSX). More information can be found on the official NAFEZA webpage and on the converter portal (on which you can connect using your CargoX account).
