If you do not see the CargoX verification email in your inbox, check the Junk/Spam folder, as system-generated emails are sometimes flagged as spam. Our verification email comes from noreply@cargox.io and its subject is [CargoX] Verification code: xxxxxx.
If you can’t locate the email, please try the following:
1Resend email
Click the Re-send verification code button (1st retry).
2Contact your IT department
If you are still not receiving our verification emails, contact your IT department and ask your email administrator to add the domains @cargox.io and @cargox.digital to the list of permitted/whitelisted recipients on your email server. This will ensure uninterrupted use of the CargoX Platform.
3Resend email again
After that, try resending the verification code again by clicking the Re-send verification code button (2nd retry).
4Send code to mobile number
If you still have not received the CargoX verification code, try sending the code to your mobile phone by clicking on the Send code to mobile number button.
