How many units (𝕌) should I buy?

You can buy units by clicking on the gear icon (⚙) | Buy units. Here you can:

1) Move the slider left or right or

2) Type the amount of units (𝕌) that you want to purchase.

3) View, in real-time, an estimate of how many Egypt ACI filings or Smart BL transfers you can complete with the chosen amount.

4) View the total price you will pay. If your company is from Europe (EUR SEPA zone), the displayed price will be in EUR. For the rest of the world, the price will be listed in USD. 

   

The cost for each ACI filing is between 160 units (𝕌) and 175 units (𝕌), depending on the number of documents added to the ACI envelope. More information about the ACI filing price can be found here. Calculate how many ACI filings you are planning to make, and purchase the most appropriate number of units (𝕌). Bear in mind that you will also need 15 units (𝕌) for the verification process fee if you want to make an ACI filing.

For SWIFT payments, please select the SHA (Shared) option for bank transaction costs. This option ensures a smoother process with predictable fees. For more details, you can refer to this article about the advantages of using SHA over OUR. Please also be informed that all SWIFT transfers to the new bank account will incur an additional bank fee of $6. This fee is specifically applicable to payments made outside the SEPA area, helping to cover the recipient bank’s portion of the transaction costs.

Please note that intermediary banks involved in SWIFT transactions may apply their own fees, regardless of the payer's settings. Neither you nor CargoX can control these intermediary bank fees. CargoX will issue units (𝕌) only for the actual amount received.

To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend purchasing units (𝕌) in excess of the minimum required, particularly when time is a consideration. This will provide you the flexibility to return to the previous step and adjust the units purchased if needed.
