Can we get a refund for the purchased units (𝕌)?

Please note that, as specified in the billing process and on the pro-forma invoice, and also in our General Terms and Conditions – which you accepted – CargoX units (𝕌) are non-refundable and cannot be transferred between companies.

We automatically issue units (𝕌) and generate invoices for all received payments.

As per our Terms and Conditions, your units (𝕌) will expire only if your CargoX account remains inactive for more than three years. Before any deletion occurs, you will receive a warning via email. Simply logging in once within this three-year period will ensure your units remain intact.
