What to do if I forgot to enter the reference number in the payment?

If the payee’s name matches the name of the company registered on our platform, then we will be able to match the payment even without the reference number.

If you do not receive units (𝕌) on your account within 8 days of payment, send us the original SWIFT payment statement (in case of USD payment) or SEPA payment statement (for EUR payments) to support@cargox.io.
