How can I delete my company account?

There is no need to delete your CargoX account.

CargoX is a pay-per-use SaaS service. Using CargoX involves no hidden fees, no contracts, no licenses to pay, and no obligations. Signing up is free of charge and no investments are needed. The only cost is charged to the company creating/uploading a document on blockchain using our platform. However, if you receive a document from someone else, you bear no costs. Similarly you can forward such a document free of charge. You can read more about our pricing policy here. 

So – if you do not intend to send any documents, there will never be any costs for you (the only exception is if the sender opts for the pay to collect option).

Please rest assured that, even if your company does not need a CargoX account today, you don't have anything to worry about by leaving your account idle. And if you ever need it in the future, you can just sign in and hit the ground running.

If you would like to delete your account because it is a duplicate account for your company, we can merge your account under another one, which essentially means that your company account will be removed, but you as a user will still be able to sign in under that other company account. If that is the case, please contact us at support@cargox.io.
