We strongly recommend that each user from your company who needs access to the CargoX Platform has their own user account and blockchain key. This ensures greater transparency, as it allows for easy tracking of user activities on the platform.

Never share your blockchain key file or encryption password with anyone! Your blockchain key is yours and yours alone! Guard it like the pin of your bank account/credit card – you do not need to share it with your importer or anyone else (not even CargoX).
