CargoX relies on 3rd party service provider for company verification processes. Your company details as entered into the CargoX Platform do not match their official company registry therefore your verification was not done automatically.
1Fails for the first time
If your company 3rd party verification FAILS for the 1st time we ask you to double-check your company details on the CargoX Platform to make sure they match the official record. If not, please change your company details by clicking on the Edit company details button.
After the change is activated, press the Verify now button again in the Company verification tab.2Fails for the second time
If your company 3rd party verification FAILS for the 2nd time you will need to provide us with an official document issued by your government that contains your company name, address, registration number, and tax number (if applicable).
The information must match the details in your CargoX company account. Please send a clear and readable PDF document to support@cargox.io with the email subject: “Company verification for your-company-name”.
