Register your company

1. Register your company profile on https://cargox.digital/.

   

2. Create your own digital signature (blockchain key).

This step is not mandatory at this stage and can be completed later when the need to digitally sign actions with a blockchain key arises.

Add company users and connect with other companies

For you to experience the full benefits of the CargoX Platform it's advised you perform the below actions: 

1. Create user profiles for your co-workers.

Note

Each company can have unlimited user accounts.

2. Connect with other companies.

Tip

You can only exchange documents with the companies you are connected with on the CargoX Platform. This step is not mandatory for the ACI filing process itself.

Buy units (𝕌)

1. Go to gear icon (⚙) | Buy units and create a pro-forma invoice.

2. Send a bank wire payment based on the pro-forma information and wait for the payment to clear.

WARNING

Please note that EUR bank payments within Europe (SEPA) can take up to 3 business days, and the international USD bank payments (SWIFT) can take up to 5-7 business days to clear.

Get 3-rd party verified

Finish the verification process.

Receive the ACID number

Share your company information with your Egyptian importer and wait for the ACI notification to arrive into your inbox. More information can be found here.

Submit an ACI filing

You can now compose and send an ACI envelope.
